Snake plants take a long time to grow
Pay very little attention to it and before you know it you’ll have a taller and larger plant. Mine does better in the corner no direct sunlight and only water it once a month. My snake plant is high and full. Very low maintenance.
Also likes to be crowded. I’d repot into the smaller pot next to it. Tjm
