Yellow and green combination is common for this plant. Dark yellow and brown edges of leaves is due to excess watering.

I don’t think your plant is dying. We have a plant like this in our house and the leaves do sometimes look like this. So you should be fine. Make sure they are in a sunny location though and have only water when it’s soil is dry. So once or twice a week depending on where you live.
