This spring I have had an infestation of gnats in my house plants. How can I get rid of the gnats without harming my plants?

Gnats are caused by a fungus in the soil that has been overwatered or too moist. Sprinkle cinnamon on the soil to kill the fungus. It won’t hurt your plant. Some people use sticky traps like these.
