my plant don't look healthy
I feel my plant isn't healthy. when I got it, leafs were looking better compared to now. I would like to know what should I use for treatment.

I have the HARDEST time with these! They’re so picky! But…I can get them to grow hydroponically. I remove all the soil and just pop them in a vase of clean water and they seem to like it. Doesn’t make sense, but it works for me!
I’ve been having a hard time with following the advice from plantin. So I usually just go with my gut. Right now, I have two plants I feel they and I can’t quite get a balance and everything I try, doesn’t help. Last time I had this problem, I decided enough was enough and I was going to repot it and see if that helped. Sure enough it did so thats what I’m going to be doing tomorrow. SEE UPDATE BELOW:
