What is happening?
This is my second attempt at bell peppers. They would grow small, then I noticed this. What is happening? Could it be the slugs I’m fighting? Please help.

Could be a disease
Some kind of fungus, make sure you dont water over the leaves, flowers and fruits. Only let the water hit the soil. Try watering in the morning instead of evening so it has time to dry out properly.
