What do the roots look like? Looks like a bad case of underwatering… also, does sunlight shine directly on it at all during the day? Could be the leaves burning
Zz plants like low light like low indirect light which is probably the cause of the leaves browning of too much exposure of bright light and not much of water if you did overwatered it. At least you should water about a month to water it. Remove the dead leaves and try to keep the one that has green leaves. I hope it helps don’t give up yet!
