Those yellow spots look like stippling, which is most commonly caused by spider mites on citrus. Flip a leaf over and look closely: Tiny moving dots (almost like dust) = spider mites, fine webbing (sometimes between leaves or stems) Spray the leaves (top and underside) with a strong stream of water to knock them off Follow up with insecticidal soap or neem oil every 5–7 days for a couple weeks Keep the plant from getting too dry—mites love dry conditions
