Why won't my plant bloom flowers?

The plant appears healthy.

It hasn’t bloomed since I purchased it
Mine took quite a while before it flowered. It requires bright light and not much watering.
They need 13 hours of darkness to bloom
They like mostly darkness. Mine thrived on top of my fridge
