It look like it has some form of infestation if that is the case, you can get a spray with Neem Oil  top of leaf and bottom of leaf and the soil this will take care of the infestation and the fungus do this every week until it starts to grow on again also buy some systemic granular for pesticide and added to the soil this grows through the root and stem of your plants
