You can cut off bits and use it for moisturizer or a hair mask. Eventually the yellow sap it secretes takes over (?) Put in less light during cold winter months and clean* air. Your air might be poisonous. I’d be aware because mine is typically due to the jealousy from some. Plus buildings typically don’t care about maintenance for real until agencies are called. Then nearly everyone is sour.
Also prop the leaves that are folding over on little books or paintings or toys or cabinets etc
Make sure you’re not over watering it. If that pot doesn’t have drainage I’d transfer it to one that does and bottom water it. The leaves tend to get soggy and rot off when top watered.
