My absolute Fav
When I started with plants a few years ago, I could barely keep a snake plant alive. I still despise peace lilies, but man do I love Alocasias and Anthiriums. It’s taken me some time to figure them out from soil to roots to humidity - but they are by far my favorite plants right now … the first one is called the dragon scale and it’s rough texture is part of its appeal. The second one is the Queen of Hearts. Massive leaves that put out that gorgeous maroon color. This app is a hit or miss with IDing plants, and many more rare ones aren’t on their list. It’s kind of irritating (I’ve sent over 20 to them and they haven’t done anything with them). Love to share what I’ve learned. Also… Anyone who says that they’re really good with plants and shows you how beautiful their plants are… Means they have a good window that gives them lots of light. Light is the most important thing.
