i finally did it.
When I got this plant from a coworker it had two big and dying leaves. I cut off the first one and mended the second and only remaining leaf. Once I did that and got a good watering routine I got a new leaf which I was so happy. Then another and now I have four new healthy leaves and more coming in on the side I chopped when I first got the plant around April. So the original remaining leaf looked happier but it wasn’t growing or getting any healthier. I figured I would chop the big leaf now that a few of the new ones are large enough to photosynthesis for the plant and hopefully I will get four more new healthy leaves from my other side now. I did keep my cutting just in case!!! I couldn’t just toss it so I dipped it in rooting hormone and set it up in my new propagating set up! Any tips would be appreciated!!!! I’m not sure what the plant is. The app called it a Swiss cheese plant but I’m not sure. Thanks.
