Aphids or powdered mildew use pesticides or ladybugs if it’s aphids & fungicides if it’s powdered mildew

Hi I’m a gardener and one thing that might help is if you get some neem oil that will help you keep the bugs away! Hope your pumpkins grow into Pumpkings :)
