Can anyone tell me what’s happening to my amazing tree?

Hi! To me this looks like a watering issue. Overwatering or under-watering. Are the browning leaves dry and crispy? That would indicate it’s not getting enough water. Check the soil with your finger about 1-2 inch deep and if it feels wet don’t water it until the first 1-2 inch feels dry again. I typically water mine 1 to 2 times a week.
