i don’t know the name but i have that plant. it requires mist (on the leaves) 2-3 times a week and average lighting

I believe that is called a spider plant or a Tillandsia streptophylla. The spiders They can get big and bushy an the Tillandsia streptophylla is similar but smaller. But they are great to look at.
