I don’t know what else to do, I am Not sure if it’s overwatering or under-watering, if it not enough sun or too much. Or maybe the pot it’s too big!

The plant appears to be in good health, but it could benefit from a fertilizer to boost its growth and vitality. Additionally, it may need to be re-potted in a larger pot to allow for proper root growth. To fix these issues, the following steps can be taken: 1. Fertilize the plant with a balanced fertilizer. This will provide the necessary nutrients for the plant to grow and thrive. 2. Repot the plant in a larger pot with a well-draining potting mix. This will allow for proper root growth and provide the plant with the necessary moisture and air. 3. Provide the plant with ample sunlight, as it is an indoor plant and may not receive enough natural light. 4. Water the plant consistently, but not too frequently. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings to prevent overwatering. 5. Prune the plant regularly to promote healthy growth and remove any dead or damaged leaves. This will also encourage the growth of new leaves and maintain the plant's overall appearance. By following these steps, the plant should recover and thrive, providing a beautiful addition to any room.
It looks like a pathogen infection. Just clip off the brownish bits and it’ll be fine
